After seven years the real estate is growing again, this was reported by Italian statistics. The Istitution of statistics (INSTAT) gave an example comparing 2006 to 2013, in 2006 there were 100 selling whereas in 2013 there were only 52.6, but in 2014 it grew to 53.4.
The reduction hit both economy and real estate, which came to a halt at 53.6 and 54.2 in 2014. Even the request of mortgages, loans and obligation grew little but steadily from 2006 to 2013.
This growth is stronger for cheap apartments (+3.2%) compared with houses (+1.6%). In areas in Italy, the growth was even higher than average, whereas in islands and in the south it decreased by -1.5% and -0.1%
