It is not a Guinness World Record, not even a betting game. Chinese television aired the amazing video of some police officers who stopped a small six-seat minivan making 6 passengers get out for routine checks. It turned out that the passengers were 51 and not 6 and that they were employees who were being transported to their workplace.
According to the head -driver of the vehicle, time is precious. And therefore, the man had decided to accompany all his 50 workers one go to avoid wasting time, that otherwise would have had a rather negative impact on the work-day.
The incredible scene sees several people get out, one after another, from the small vehicle just like in one of those gag comic scenes that are often seen in movies. The workers were herded, crushed one on top of the other, occupying all the space possible within the small six-seater minibus in conditions very similar to those of refugees and irregular migrants that flock onto barges to reach the desired destination.
To empty the small van, agents spent about three minutes helping the people out of the van and probably could not believe their eyes. The same cops have reported that the vehicle literally scraped the tarmac because of its weight. The driver and foreman received a fine and possibly a recommendation not to embark on such journeys but to rather make more trips carrying only a few workers at a time.
