As usual, thousands of tourists coming to the Eternal City and Roman citizens as well will have the chance to admire the Vatican Museum by night, starting April 24. The Pope’s Museums are going to be open exceptionally until sundown. “As it was really successful in the past years – said Professor Antonio Paolucci, director of Vatican Museums – we decided to renew this tradition once again. Spending the late hours here touches and moves the heart and makes people happy”.
Night Openings are going to be enriched by arts and music expositions. This fruitful fusion will give the public the chance to attend a series of cultural initiatives and concerts without a raise in entrance fees. The only clause is that it is compulsory to book the ticket online.
The initiative, starting on April 24th, will end in October, but it will not be available in August. Arts and music events will be online soon. Although the events are still unknown, what is certain is that the piece of art in the Vatican Museum are beautiful and suggestive, and will never stop touching people. Adding music will create wonderful and unique moments.
