In the Syrian capital, there was yet another brutality of the Islamic State. In al-Qadam, an eight-year-old child was kidnapped and one of her kidneys was taken away. Aara news reported it mentioning what her mother said, “My daughter Raghad disappeared as she was playing in the park. After checking the hospitals in the area, I launched a plea on the internet asking for help to anyone who saw her”.
The woman said she received an anonymous phone call after 10 days giving her the instructions to find her child. “When I hugged her I immediately noticed the marks of surgery”. After a visit, the doctor confirmed that the men of the Caliphate took her kidney away.
Civil war and Isis are now just a few miles away from Damascus, and they are literally destroying Syria, a country where kidnapping and organ trade are part of daily life. During the past weeks, many underage children disappeared and when they were given to their families, it emerged that children had surgery. The majority of Syrian refugees are children and women and they are victims of exploitation, sexual abuse and any kind of human trade.
